Striped Bass Charters

Roanoke River Striped Bass-  This spring fishery is second to none!  Starting in March these fish enter the river for their annual spawn.  By fishing the lower portion of the river we have 4 solid months of fantastic fishing.  We target these fish by casting lures on light tackle, live baiting and presenting flies.

Albermarle Sound Striped Bass-   You don't have to travel to the ocean to catch numbers or size!  Starting in October and running through the end of March we target the Albemarle Sound.  We catch these fish using live bait, trolling, jigging, and casting.

Pamlico River Slam-  October is open season for keepers!  Come get in on some great top water action, then we can mix it up with Flounder, Trout and Drum to finish the day off.

Rate-  $125.00 per person for a long half day (5 hrs), $225.00 for a long full day (apx. 10 hrs.).   

I will fish single anglers too large groups, for large groups multilpe captains will be arranged.  This allows all anglers to experience a safe productive trip.  

Tackle-  We provide all necessary tackle and equipment for the outing, however if you have your own and would like to use it, bring it.

Vessel-  Depending on the fish, I run either a 21' Southern Skimmer or a 24' WellCraft.  Both are great boats and allow me get on the fish. no matter the conditions.

Licenses-  Depending on the area I'm fishing either a coastal license (CRFL) or inland fishing license may be required.  Emial or call to make certain you choose the correct license.  Mitch@fishibx.com or 252-495-1803. 

Cancelations, on booked dates (email confirmed, phone confirmed,or deposits) 3 weeks out or more- no charge, two weeks out 30%, one week or less 50%.
